Overview

Internship with the Rule of Law and Democracy Section (ROLDS) within the Rule of Law, Equality and Non-Discrimination Branch (ROLENDB) of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).

Required Experience

No working experience is required. Training, education, advanced coursework or skills should benefit the United Nations during the internship.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

Knowledge of the other working language (English or French) is an asset. Knowledge of another United Nations official language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) would be an advantage.
Contract Duration
3 months with possibility of extension to 6 months.
