Key Responsibilities
  • Join us as a volunteer at SALOME! SALOME is a center dedicated to children and young people up to 26 years old who have varying levels of mental, physical, and combined disabilities, including autism and communication disorders. Our mission is to provide social activation services through development, leisure, educational, and training activities for these individuals within the city of Bohumín and its surrounding areas. Activities: As a volunteer, your primary role will involve direct interaction with the center's users. The activities offered at the center are diverse and tailored to meet each user's specific needs as outlined in their personal cooperation plan. Training activities may focus on enhancing both soft and gross motor skills, promoting daily living skills, and supporting social interactions. You will assist the staff in planning various activities, which includes preparing tools, materials, cards, and other resources. To learn more, please visit www.intervia.cz.
