Key Responsibilities
- Come to Nový Jičín and volunteer at a socio-therapeutic workshop. This center supports adults with mental disabilities, combined disabilities, and autism (ages 18 - 65). Our mission is to help our clients enjoy their time actively while learning new skills and meeting new people. Activities: As a volunteer, your primary responsibility will be to support and assist clients during various therapeutic workshops, including pottery, textile art, basketry, creative arts, and gardening. Together with the clients, you will create small gifts and interesting decorations. Additionally, you will accompany and assist users in specific techniques such as art therapy, music therapy, morning devotions, relaxation exercises, and theater therapy, as the center features its own puppet theater.
