Overview
Provide information and enrollment for eligible beneficiaries in the 'Helios+' project. Monitor integration progress and organize support sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and enroll beneficiaries in the project
- Monitor beneficiary integration through individual sessions
- Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life
- Organize psychosocial support sessions
- Provide information on social welfare, housing, healthcare, and education
- Conduct referrals for specialized support
- Coordinate with project units, actors, and authorities
- Evaluate exemption requests for language courses
- Ensure accurate data entry and archiving
- Coordinate with RIS and stakeholders, present project in Reception Facilities
- Assist beneficiaries in apartment search and administrative pre-requirements
- Perform other related duties
Required Experience
- At least one year of previous work experience
- Professional license, where applicable
- Adequate combination of knowledge, education, training experience and skills
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred
Qualifications
- University degree in psychology, social work or any other related field from an accredited academic institution
- Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage
