Overview
The Senior Migration Health Informatics Associate (AI) will support the effective, safe, and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health Assessment Programme (HAP) medical workflows and strengthen data management, analytics, and quality assurance at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of approved AI tools, including CAD for Chest X-rays (CXR) and health chatbots.
- Provide technical support for testing and validating AI models for medical classification and computer-aided diagnosis.
- Assist in preparing validation protocols for LLM outputs, monitoring bias and safety.
- Support the integration of AI services into MHD IT workflows and infrastructure.
- Create and update analytics and visualization material for HAP statistics and performance.
- Participate in training activities for clinicians, radiographers, and data staff on AI/CAD and LLM use.
Required Experience
- University degree with five years of relevant experience; or, completed High school/Secondary school education with seven years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with LLM/NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
- Proven experience in the management and processing of large and complex databases.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Synapse or Fabric data analytics is an advantage.
Qualifications
- University degree in Medicine, Radiography, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or, Completed High school / Secondary school education.
- Specialized training in AI/ML, Medical Imaging Informatics, NLP/LLM applications, or Health Data Analytics will be an advantage.
