Overview

The Infrastructure and Project Management Intern will support the design review team with data analysis, communication, and administrative tasks. The role aims to provide exposure to UNOPS project management and infrastructure standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of design review, including responding to requests, tracking status, logging designs, and coordinating meetings.
  • Contribute to drafting documents for design review development.
  • Provide infrastructure and project management support, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct research and collect data/information.
  • Support compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Potentially assist in reviewing technical infrastructure project documentation for completeness and quality.
Required Experience
  • While no prior work experience is required, some experience working with the Google suite, particularly Google Sheets is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in one or several of the following areas: Academic research, Engineering, International development or humanitarian response, Data analysis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum First level university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent), or enrolled in a postgraduate program or graduated within three (3) years prior to the start date.
  • Desired: Area of study preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Planning. A university degree in a relevant field such as International Development or International Relations in combination with some experience preferably in the areas of engineering, architecture and planning may be accepted.
