Overview
Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle and value delivery of specific digital products within a Tribe, owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog to bridge business strategy and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Translate business goals into a Product Roadmap.
- Conduct user research and data analysis.
- Prioritize features based on business value.
- Act as Product Owner, create and prioritize Product Backlog.
- Draft User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborate with Squad on roadmap feasibility and trade-off decisions.
- Participate in Agile rituals.
- Define and follow SLAs and KPIs.
- Prioritize technical debt and maintenance.
- Analyze support tickets and user feedback.
- Define, measure, and track business value metrics and Key Results.
- Conduct ROI assessments.
- Oversee product's financial health and forecast operational costs.
- Evaluate "Buy vs. Build" scenarios.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and Machine Learning features.
- Collaborate to prototype and validate AI use cases.
- Ensure product generates and utilizes high-quality data.
- Act as the main voice of the customer.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Lead product demos and manage feedback loop.
- Oversee change management and training strategy.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Required Experience
- At least five years of experience in Digital Product Management (managing the full lifecycle from discovery to launch).
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional technical teams.
- Desirable: Experience in integrating AI/ML features into existing workflows.
- Desirable: Experience in Law Enforcement, Government, or highly regulated sectors.
Qualifications
- Three to four years’ education at a University or specialized higher education establishment.
- Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CPO, PSPO) or Agile (e.g., CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
