Overview
The role involves providing case and secretarial assistance within the Directorate-General for Competition, specifically in the Foreign Subsidies Directorate. The purpose is to support the enforcement of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation by identifying and assessing subsidies granted by non-EU countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing documents
- Organising meetings and missions
- Requesting and managing translations
- Monitoring deadlines
- Preparing and launching inter-service consultations and adoption procedures
- Assisting in recruitment
- Managing functional mailboxes
- Ensuring relevant procedures are applied correctly and timely in foreign subsidies investigations and decision adoptions
- Contacts with internal and external stakeholders
Required Experience
Appropriate professional experience of at least three years, if secondary education diploma is the highest qualification.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education
