Overview
Provide technical support in the development, maintenance, testing, and installation of IT solutions to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Write code for developing and installing IT solution components.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed IT solutions.
- Perform unit or integrated tests of new code, improvements, or fixes.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and customizing IT systems.
- Assist in editing IT systems and provide start-up assistance.
- Respond to user queries and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in preparing training materials and organizing training sessions.
- Collect and aggregate data and conduct simple analyses.
Required Experience
- At least six (06) years of experience in the field.
- Assisted IT team members in improving their technical skills and keeping up with sector developments.
- Acquired technical knowledge through experience in IT operations.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education.
- A post-secondary certificate in the relevant functional area is desirable.
