Overview
Interns will support the NATO-wide Coordination Office (NWC) through conceptual and administrative work, enhancing coherence and institutional alignment across NATO entities. The role involves contributing to political and defence-related issues and developing stakeholder and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Office through conceptual and administrative work.
- Organise meetings and workshops.
- Draft papers.
- Attend senior policy committee meetings.
- Provide written summaries of meetings.
- Enhance coherence and institutional alignment across NATO enterprise and with NPLSOs.
Required Experience
• Previous experience with other international organizations, national administration, research or industry.
Qualifications
- At least two years of university level studies OR equivalent education OR currently a student OR a recent graduate (degree obtained no longer than 12 months ago).
- A Bachelor's degree or in the final stage of a Master’s degree relevant to the requested area of expertise (desirable).
- Advance user of IT tools including Microsoft Office, SharePoint (desirable).
