Overview
The Human Resources Assistant coordinates and performs human resources support functions to ensure quality, transparency, and consistency of data and processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall hiring plan for national and international affiliate workforce.
- Develop and/or review Terms of Reference of affiliate workforce.
- Coordinate and manage the publication of calls to attract candidates.
- Organize and facilitate the selection process.
- Manage the complete cycle of contracts for national and international affiliate workforce.
- Supervise the validity of contracts.
- Provide administrative support for payments.
- Collaborate in implementing actions to promote a respectful work environment.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange and best practices.
- Assist in the performance evaluation process.
- Ensure strict confidentiality in handling personnel records.
Required Experience
• Four years of relevant experience in administrative and/or human resources support work, with at least two years in HR management.
Qualifications
• University degree in Human resources management, Business Administration or any other related field
