The consultant will provide technical support for the development of survey modules on child protection and development topics, including preparing materials, tools, and protocols for testing, training, and participating in fieldwork.
At least 10 years’ working experience of which 8 years should be related to the design and coordination of quantitative household surveys. Prior experience with the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey or Demographic and Health Survey programmes is highly desirable. Previous experience in validation of measurement instruments; Prior experience with validation of measurement instruments related to child protection and development indicators is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective relationships with national partners.
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Demography, Statistics, Epidemiology, or other related technical field with significant measurement or analysis components are required
