Overview
Local consultant to prepare and monitor Individual Education and Employment Plans (IEEPs) for potential internal migrants within the Municipality of Kukes, supporting project activities related to employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying potential beneficiaries and partner municipalities.
- Collecting information and identifying potential internal migrants.
- Establishing contact with interested beneficiaries and preparing a database.
- Identifying potential matches between beneficiaries and available opportunities.
- Distributing and explaining guidance materials.
- Conducting individual assessments of skills, aspirations, and educational needs.
- Developing personalized roadmaps for skills improvement.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEEPs.
- Providing coaching and support for labor market integration.
- Facilitating access to training, employment, and legal support services.
- Providing follow-up support for reintegration and employability.
- Coordinating between municipalities, local communities, and business sectors.
- Collecting data related to internal migration at the Municipality of Kukes.
- Preparing and submitting eleven (11) monthly reports detailing activities, accomplishments, issues, and concerns.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Relevant experience related to migration, employment or local government would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree from an accredited academic institution in social sciences, law, economy, education or other related areas.
- Postgraduate studies (Master or PhD would be an advantage).
