Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day management of EH Hygiene Promotion activities and staff, ensuring adherence to technical approaches, program quality, and timely achievement of hygiene objectives within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure hygiene promotion activities align with project strategy and design.
- Maintain collaboration with other sectors.
- Implement hygiene promotion activities in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in inter-sectorial assessment processes if requested.
- Directly manage day-to-day hygiene promotion activities in the field.
- Ensure hygiene promotion activities meet stated objectives within the timeframe.
- Propose technical designs and methodologies for hygiene promotion activities.
- Provide technical support and training for hygiene promoters and community volunteers.
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with IRC logistics, finance, and grant staff.
- Participate in liaison, coordination, and information sharing activities with national NGOs, international organizations, donors, and government at field level.
Required Experience
Up to 3 years’ experience in hygiene promotion programs, WASH Cash and Voucher Assistance programming with INGOs.
Qualifications
B. Sc. /High National Diploma in Environmental Sciences, Social Work, Nursing, Public Health
