Overview
The Grants and Partnership Manager will ensure effective grants management processes and donor compliance across the Bangladesh Country Office operations. The role holder will support the fundraising strategy and growth of the grants portfolio, as well as lead the partnership strategy.

Required Experience
- Donor relations and grants management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Institutional humanitarian and development donors’ exposure.
- Donor and partner rules, regulations, priorities and compliance requirements understanding.
- Report and proposal development track record, working with multiple donors.
- Complex, and volatile context exposure, with experience working with displacement-affected people.
