Overview
Seeking a New Partnerships Manager to secure long-term, high-impact corporate partnerships, particularly in the Fashion and Food & Agriculture sectors, to advance work on gender justice, climate justice, and humanitarian action.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate a strong pipeline of new corporate prospects.
- Develop and pitch compelling partnership ideas, proposals, and presentations.
- Act as a trusted relationship-builder, creating agreements that work for everyone.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Oxfam to shape partnership opportunities.
- Ensure all partnerships align with values and standards.
- Represent Oxfam at external events, sector networks, and senior-level meetings.
- Stay plugged into trends in sustainable business, corporate responsibility, and ethical supply chains.
Required Experience
- Strong commercial instinct and experience securing high-value engagements, ideally including six- or seven-figure partnerships.
- Experience or interest in international development, sustainability, ethical business, responsible supply chains, or related areas.
- Experience in Fashion or Food & Agriculture sectors is a big plus.
