Consultant to support the processing, harmonization, and analytical use of household survey microdata for the production of education-related SDG indicators, with a focus on SDG 4 indicators.
Academic experience in quantitative data analysis; handling microdata in R, Stata or Python; cleaning and organizing databases; and preparing tables or statistical outputs is required. Experience working with household surveys, survey weights, education statistics, SDG indicators, metadata preparation, or official statistics processes is desirable. No minimum years of professional experience are required. Relevant university research assistance, internships, thesis work or comparable practical experience may be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, mathematics, sociology, public policy or a related quantitative field is required. Additional coursework in survey statistics, econometrics, official statistics or data management is desirable.
