Overview

The Senior SAP Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist will provide senior technical oversight and guide the future direction of the business intelligence and analytics environments during the S/4HANA conversion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead impact assessment and ensure technical integrity of the BI landscape throughout the S/4HANA conversion.
  • Oversee the S/4HANA data model, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
  • Define and drive the SAP Data Cleansing Roadmap.
  • Coordinate BI impacts across platforms (SAP Datasphere, BO, Tableau).
  • Enable analytics and operational tools with the requirements of the new Strategic Plan and Corporate Results Framework.
  • Validate external supplier deliverables.
  • Approve SAP Datasphere data models.
  • Update and optimize BO Universes and reports.
  • Refresh and validate Tableau dashboards and data sources.
  • Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and supplier performance reports.
  • Produce technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT services/solutions, with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Proven experience in complex transformation programs, particularly those involving large-scale system or analytics redesign.
  • Experience coordinating and overseeing implementation partners.
Qualifications

University degree in business administration, information technology, or other related fields.
