Overview
The Partner Services Specialist focuses on building and reinforcing interactions with main contacts at Forum Partner companies in Japan, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing Partner engagement by building and maintaining relationships with Partner Representatives.
- Ensure retention by delivering tailored engagement plans for Partners.
- Onboard Partner Representatives into the Forum ecosystem.
- Contribute to shaping the engagement plan for Partners.
- Structure and deliver Partners’ events engagement.
- Monitor and generate intelligence on Partner companies.
- Lead internal processes impacting the Partner.
- Spearhead and coordinate partner development efforts in Japan.
Required Experience
- 7-10 + years of professional work experience with Japanese companies is required.
- Outcome driven, successful track record in key account management and business relationship development, including proven ability to engage with multiple functions and business lines in an organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
