Overview
Provide procurement support for the implementation of the Project “Restoration of Water Supply and Sanitation in Ukraine” in accordance with relevant legislation and EIB rules. The role involves developing procurement documentation, reviewing tender dossiers, and monitoring contract implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide adequate procurement support for the implementation of the Project “Restoration of Water Supply and Sanitation in Ukraine”.
- Develop procurement documentation.
- Review tender dossiers.
- Support subproject procurement procedures.
- Monitor contract implementation.
- Ensure compliance with EIB procurement rules throughout the Project cycle.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in management of public procurement and procurement under IFI rules.
- Experience in development of tender documentation under IFI rules.
- Knowledge of EIB procurement rules and procedures.
- Experience in procurement planning and contract management.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Public Administration or related field.
