TIMELINE 1- A prospective bidder requiring clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters is to be submitted exclusively via UNGM (correspondence tab) no later than 26 March 2026 at 23:00 Islamabad Time A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the RFP. 2- The bidder shall submit proposals exclusively via UNGM (Submit Return tab), no later than 2 April 2026 at 23:00 hours (Pakistan) time.
