ICAO Procurement Notice: Provision of Express Route Managed Services
Dear Sir/Madam, The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a specialized agency of the United Nations, hereby invites prospective vendors to submit a quotation in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, including the ICAO General Terms and Conditions and the Schedule of Requirements as outlined in the RFQ. For Existing Suppliers in Quantum: Please log in to the Quantum Supplier Portal to access the RFQ documents. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. If you have forgotten your password or username, use the “Forgotten Password” feature to retrieve your credentials. For New Suppliers in Quantum: If you are viewing this notice on UNGM, navigate to the "Links" tab, select "Supplier Registration", then click “Go to link” to be redirected to the Quantum Supplier Portal registration page. Use the search filters to locate the specific RFQ and subscribe to the RFQ by creating draft response without submitting directly in the system to receive notifications in case of any amendments to the RFQ documents. Any requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via the messaging functionality within the Quantum portal. Quotation Submission: Quotations must be submitted exclusively through the Quantum portal by the specified deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure timely submission. Any quotations received after the deadline and/or outside the Quantum portal, regardless of the reason, will not be considered. In case of any discrepancy, the deadline indicated in the Quantum portal shall prevail. We appreciate your interest in this procurement opportunity.
