Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will support the coordination of human resources functions in the office, providing clerical assistance for HR processes and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo training on IOM HR procedures.
- Provide clerical assistance for HR processes and activities.
- Provide general assistance in recruitment processes.
- Maintain orderly personnel files.
- Assist in drafting and formatting HR-related correspondence.
- Support the organization of meetings, training activities and other HR events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
