Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the project implementation to achieve all desired goals from the planning to monitoring and evaluation process, collaborating with national level project teams to ensure high quality program delivery and donor requirement adherence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of project activities in line with project design and quality framework.
  • Ensure adherence to good programming guidelines.
  • Responsible for overall coordination of the project in Ketapang District.
  • Identify and communicate program implementation problems to Program Manager.
  • Support Program Manager in providing timely reports and project documentations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and data collection.
  • Provide technical capacity to implementing staff and cadres on Livelihood, Youth Empowerment, and Wash.
  • Support Program Manager in budget development and monitoring.
  • Manage financial resources for the target district.
  • Coordinate with implementing partners at the district level.
  • Maintain relations with Cargill’s local CSR staff.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Child Safeguarding Policy.
  • Support humanitarian team in emergency response readiness.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a contractor, corporate, or NGO environment, including significant field implementation experience.
  • Experience in direct working with farmer, woman, youth are preferred.
  • Working Experience with rural community, especially with palm oil farmer community in West Kalimantan context is a plus.
  • Experience working with an international NGO or similar organization.
  • Solid project management skills with a proven history of delivering results.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, economic, social development, or other relevant studies.
