The UNV Especialista en campañas de Telemarketing de Donor Care will manage telemarketing campaigns to achieve income goals through various communication channels, focusing on telemarketing as the primary conversion channel.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage telemarketing campaigns to achieve income goals via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Supervise loyalty and value max campaigns, ensuring timely assignment, contact, and conversion.
  • Monitor telemarketing KPIs (contact, conversion, database segmentation, fulfillment, ROI) and propose corrective actions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and acquisition sources to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign journeys via email and WhatsApp.
  • Oversee call center adherence to campaign strategies and agreed flows.
  • Monitor churn rates for each campaign.
  • Monitor call quality to ensure donor experience and sales sustainability.
  • Propose incentives for sales force motivation.
  • Ensure adequate sales force and call center structure.
  • Track timely payment of incentives and bonuses.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual campaign reports.
Required Experience
  • 10 years of experience in telemarketing campaigns or related fields.
  • Proficiency in telemarketing KPIs.
  • Knowledge of database segmentation.
  • Analytical and reporting production capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written skills; excellent writing, formulation, and information skills.
  • Negotiation and retention skills.
  • Objection handling with a value focus.
  • Solid general IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.), email, and internet; familiarity with database management and office equipment.
  • Desirable experience in Salesforce.
  • Leadership capacity.
  • Empathy and active listening.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; cultural and social sensitivity; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with various partners.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Time management.
  • Affinity or interest in telemarketing campaign management, volunteerism for development, and the UN system.
