Overview

To ensure effective monitoring of corridor performance and efficiency gains to support efficient, sustainable, and compliant operations. To lead efficient and fair budgeting and reconciliation process for regional corridors across regions, well aligned with operational reality. To supervise timely and compliant PO and payment processes for South Africa/Durban corridor operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional corridor performance monitoring, including KPI tracking, best practice identification, and risk register maintenance.
  • Manage cost budgeting and reconciliation for regional corridor services, including service costing methodology and annual plan/budget definition.
  • Supervise budget, Purchase Order (PO), and payment lifecycle for South Africa/Durban Corridor operations, ensuring timely PFI, PO, and invoice management.
  • Support COs and other regional offices in implementing Global Corridor Operations processes and SOPs.
  • Strengthen data sharing and communication framework for regional/global corridor stakeholders.
  • Guide and supervise colleagues within the incumbent’s team.
Required Experience
  • At least 3 years of postgraduate professional experience.
  • Extensive practical experience in logistics operation management, performance monitoring and analysis, and efficiency gain.
  • Extensive experience in people management.
Qualifications

Advanced University degree in Transport Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management or other related field, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training/courses.
