Overview

The Finance Manager will provide end-to-end oversight of transaction processing within the Individual Consulting functional area, driving innovation and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of transaction processing within the Individual Consulting functional area.
• Supervise staff, identify training requirements, and schedule training interventions.
• Enact policy requirements and actively engage with policy owners.
• Develop a client-oriented culture and manage high-level escalations.
• Drive innovation through continuous process optimization and solution enhancement.
• Introduce industry best practices and lead change initiatives.
• Ensure seamless global transition and integration of services.
• Expand end-to-end service delivery models to other non-staff functional areas.

Required Experience

A minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience in financial management, Finance, Procurement, or Human Resources at both national and international levels is required. Proven experience in designing end-to-end processes, establishing new business services and structures, and managing global rollouts within a shared services setup is required. Managerial experience and demonstrated success in leading project and change management initiatives, including process improvement, are required.

Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or any related field is required. Professional certification or membership in an internationally recognized body, (in either relevant fields of finance, procurement or human resources) such as CA, CIPS is required.
