Overview
Lead the implementation of the Youth Inclusion and Employment Project in Assiut, enhancing employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for young women and men.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project implementation across Assiut and other locations, ensuring alignment with plans, budgets, and donor requirements
- Develop and manage detailed work plans, budgets, and performance tracking systems
- Ensure high-quality, gender-transformative programming and compliance with safeguarding standards
- Manage relationships with local NGOs, government stakeholders, and partners
- Supervise and support partner staff and project teams to deliver results effectively
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely and high-quality donor reporting (narrative and financial)
- Support financial planning, budget tracking, and expenditure monitoring
- Strengthen M&E systems, knowledge management, and learning processes
- Represent Plan International at governorate level for coordination, advocacy, and visibility
- Contribute to documentation, storytelling, and evidence generation
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations within an NGO or similar environment
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics processes and policies
- Experience in fleet, asset, and supplier management
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
