Overview

Lead the implementation of the Youth Inclusion and Employment Project in Assiut, enhancing employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for young women and men.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee project implementation across Assiut and other locations, ensuring alignment with plans, budgets, and donor requirements
  • Develop and manage detailed work plans, budgets, and performance tracking systems
  • Ensure high-quality, gender-transformative programming and compliance with safeguarding standards
  • Manage relationships with local NGOs, government stakeholders, and partners
  • Supervise and support partner staff and project teams to deliver results effectively
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure timely and high-quality donor reporting (narrative and financial)
  • Support financial planning, budget tracking, and expenditure monitoring
  • Strengthen M&E systems, knowledge management, and learning processes
  • Represent Plan International at governorate level for coordination, advocacy, and visibility
  • Contribute to documentation, storytelling, and evidence generation
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations within an NGO or similar environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics processes and policies
  • Experience in fleet, asset, and supplier management
Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
