Overview
The role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks in Oxfam's premises, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, painting, and solar system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for plumbing works in Oxfam premises.
- Execute repair works for plumbing, electricity, and carpentry as needed in Oxfam buildings.
- Perform some welding and painting works when required.
- Repair satellite dishes.
- Repair water leaks, open blocked drains, and perform minor pipe repairs.
- Maintain solar power systems for all buildings.
- Responsible for moving equipment and office supplies when needed.
- Arrange and organize storage areas.
- Report major electrical or plumbing issues to the direct supervisor.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the job.
Required Experience
• At least two years of practical experience in maintenance.
