Overview
The Corporate Services and Facilities department of the IMF is seeking to recruit a Data Management Analyst/Sr. Data Management Analyst (Business Continuity) to manage information management needs for operational resilience projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between staff and various stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and system development partners.
- Create and manage project plans and budgets.
- Design and manage the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Resilience Tool (ORT) and content repositories.
- Perform data processing and validation of system performance.
- Assess data quality and conduct Quality Control analysis.
- Make improvements to existing IT architecture.
- Perform in-house technical support to modify the system.
- Create user guides, quick reference charts, and update websites.
- Design and update dashboards, metrics and performance measures.
- Identify solutions to issues from system and/or technology process implementations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and system development partners.
- Support the coordination and preparation of learning materials.
- Organizes classes, provides hands on training, surveys, and obtains feedback.
- Creates metrics and improvement paths.
- Support the logistics of resilience exercises and the Crisis Management team.
Required Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the full suite of Fusion Risk Management Tools and/or Salesforce lightning, analytics or related capabilities.
- Experience creating data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI.
- Interpersonal skills that would enable them to function well in a large organization.
- A track record of managing projects within a solutions environment.
- Sound knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Experience using Salesforce or Fusion Risk Management.
- Preferred experience: Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and/or Risk Management.
Qualifications
Educational development, typically acquired through the completion of a university degree, or equivalent, in programming/systems, computer science, statistics, information technology, mathematics, or a related field of study is required.
