Overview
The Digital Program Analyst supports the Digital Knowledge Center (DKC) with responsibility for digital/AI knowledge curation, ecosystem engagement, operational analytics, and workflow coordination. This role ensures high quality knowledge products, disciplined delivery, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate, synthesize, and package digital and AI knowledge assets.
- Coordinate peer reviews and quality assurance.
- Maintain repositories and metadata.
- Execute dissemination strategies.
- Map and maintain a dynamic ecosystem directory of Korean tech companies.
- Facilitate knowledge exchanges, showcases, and matchmaking.
- Organize workshops, pilots, and demonstrations.
- Develop engagement materials and manage communications channels.
- Ensure compliance with World Bank Group engagement protocols.
- Prepare briefs, talking points, and updates for management.
- Conduct targeted research and benchmarking.
- Plan and manage end-to-end workflows for knowledge products and ecosystem events.
- Maintain issue/risk logs and change controls.
- Orchestrate preparation of missions, workshops, showcases, and dissemination events.
- Implement documentation standards, SOPs, and checklist.
- Frame AI use cases and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support data governance, privacy, responsible AI, and records-management compliance.
- Assist with pilots and proofs of concept for AI-enabled knowledge tools.
- Maintain and enrich knowledge assets and communities of practice.
- Create clear, compelling presentations and client-facing materials.
- Maintain stakeholder maps and communications plans.
- Support change management and the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and Knowledge Bank standards.
- Coordinate submissions to governance bodies.
Required Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, operations analysis, or project delivery, with exposure to knowledge management or digital/AI initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to curate knowledge, manage workflows, and deliver high-quality products on time.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and trackers.
- Familiarity with ASA, trust-funded operations, consultant/procurement processes, and protocols for private-sector engagement.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent demands; sound judgment and discretion.
- Understanding of WBG digital and AI strategies and leadership priorities.
- Experience with government relationship management and diplomatic communication.
- Experience engaging tech ecosystems (start-ups, accelerators, industry associations) and facilitating cross-border knowledge exchange.
- Experience with AI-enabled knowledge tools (search, curation, summarization) and defining metrics for adoption and impact.
- Working knowledge of M&E specific to knowledge programs (uptake, influence, engagement metrics).
- Experience with World Bank Group operations and systems or comparable multilateral processes.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, information/data systems, business administration, computer science, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
