Overview
The European Commission is seeking a Logistics Agent to support the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels. The role involves ensuring compliance with parking rules and maintaining housekeeping standards in car parks.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular patrols in car parks to detect and report infringements of parking rules and initiate follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping standards across parking premises by performing routine checks and flagging issues.
- Manage functional mailboxes: triage requests, analyze issues, respond to users, ensure follow-up, and provide feedback.
- Assist users in the use and reservation of parking spaces.
- Master the parking management application as an administrator: day-to-day administration, monitoring reservations, correcting errors, providing user support, and proposing improvements.
- Collaborate with different services for the regulatory use of parking spaces.
Required Experience
At least 2 years in administrative support will be an asset.
Qualifications
- Have a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma OR
- a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
- Have passed an EPSO CAST in the relevant Function Group for this position.
