Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering a customized team-building program.
- Incorporating interactive and engaging activities.
- Facilitating discussions and exercises that address team dynamics and workplace challenges.
- Providing a post-event report summarizing key observations and recommendations.
- Undertaking a preliminary assessment through consultations.
- Adopting an inclusive approach.
- Aligning the session with the organization’s Feminist Principles, Oxfam values and strategic objectives.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in INGO team-building facilitation.
- Expertise in organizational behaviour, leadership development or related fields.
- Cultural sensitivity awareness and experience working with a diverse group.
- Familiarity with stress management and mental well-being techniques is an advantage.
