Overview
Provides timely credible and integrated information on trends, risks, perceptions and developments of relevance for the implementation of Registry objectives in ICC situation and non-situation countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides timely credible and integrated information on trends, risks, perceptions and developments of relevance for the implementation of Registry objectives in ICC situation and non-situation countries.
- Continuously monitors the socio-political and security developments in situation countries or any other country of interest to the Court by consulting a wide variety of open sources.
- Conducts field information collection missions for specific risk assessments identified by the Head of Unit or Analysts.
- Brings to the immediate attention of the Unit any significant developments or “breaking news” either in situation countries or any other country of interest for the Court.
- Assists the Unit in information collection and fact-checking for the purpose of risk assessments or other assessments and reports, as required.
Required Experience
A minimum of six years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in information collection, reporting and analysis of political, socio-economic, human rights and security sectors of which a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field of analysis.
Qualifications
Diploma of secondary education.
