Overview
Provide general HR administration services for local staff and non-staff, including contract management, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned HR Administration role with attention to data consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate HR data input and maintenance for hiring, rehiring, staff contracts, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Verify staff eligibility for allowances and benefits.
- Monitor and follow up on staff contract status and entitlements.
- Generate reports, contract extensions, and personnel actions.
- Initiate timely issuance of contracts and entitlements.
- Prepare documentation for separations, classifications, and promotions.
- Perform and validate pre-payroll and timekeeping activities.
- Update pre-payroll checklist and reconcile leave in systems.
- Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR administration reports.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical archiving systems.
- Provide information to staff on entitlements and responsibilities.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide inputs for new procedures.
- Assist in analyzing and resolving sensitive cases.
- Coordinate with HR Recruitment team for timely on-boarding.
- Assist in organizing HR events and training activities.
- Respond to employment verification requests.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Prepare Request for Payments (RFPs) for MSP after-service payment.
- Prepare monthly overtime schedule guidelines.
- Draft and review routine correspondence.
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Three years of relevant professional experience with a University degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Management or a related field.
- Five years of relevant professional experience with a Completed High School degree.
- Experience in human resource management, particularly in HR data extraction, reports and dashboards preparations.
- Experience in producing high-quality, detail-oriented HR reports and monitoring tools.
- Has worked for at least 6 months in any multicultural organization and/or UN system.
Qualifications
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Management or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
- Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution.
- Certificate on human resources an advantage.
