Overview

Support the Climate and Sustainability workstream at the UNDP Global Centre, focusing on circularity, carbon economy, sustainability, and green transformation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the conceptualization and development of knowledge products on circularity, carbon economy, and air pollution monitoring.
  • Identify and document case studies and innovative practices.
  • Map key stakeholders in Singapore working on circularity, carbon economy, and air pollution monitoring.
  • Support the design of carbon pricing instruments, circular economy principles, and air pollution management strategies.
  • Contribute to the translation of technical insights into accessible knowledge products.
  • Support collaboration across the Centre and the DAI Hub.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of activities, workshops, and events.
  • Support communication and promotion efforts, including drafting blogs and media pieces.
Required Experience
  • 1 month relevant experience
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience in climate, sustainability, environmental protection, and development
  • Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture (i.e. studies, volunteer work, internship) would be highly regarded
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree desirable
