Overview
Provide technical support and guidance for child protection programming and implementation, capacity strengthening, and external engagements related to ending child marriage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance in the design and implementation of child protection project approaches/models.
- Ensure alignment with WV’s global strategy and field contexts.
- Oversee the development and implementation of technical capacity building plans.
- Provide technical support in child protection dialogues, external engagement, and strategic positioning.
- Coordinate adaptive management learning and reflection.
Required Experience
- 8 years of ECM technical experience in an international NGO.
- 4 years’ + experience in overseeing child protection, and / PSEA, GBV work as a team lead.
- Strong Project Management skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Development studies, human rights, International development or equivalent in technical area, or field/practical experience working with situations of policy formation, guidance and implementation.
