Overview

Internship opportunity within the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean focusing on territorial development and communications. The role supports the Division of Production, Productivity and Management in policy design, monitoring, evaluation, and advisory services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft briefing notes based on seminars, talks, conferences, and published documents.
  • Assist in the creation of flyers for event announcements.
  • Suggest brief communications for social media.
  • Contribute critically to the implementation of the communication strategy for the ECLAC Productive Coordination Initiatives Platform.
Qualifications
  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
  • Journalism or a communications career is required.
