Overview
Lead and direct Oxfam in South Sudan’s Human Resource’s function to create and maintain a productive, supportive, and congenial work environment.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of non-profit experience required; a preference for 8 years of experience with a range of non-profit, corporate or government experience.
- A detailed understanding of non-profit human resource management functions is critical.
- Significant experience of optimizing human resources and effectively manage diverse teams, both local and international.
- Proven track record of success in representing an organization with partners, government agencies, and private foundations at senior level: nationally and globally.
Qualifications
- Bacheler’s degree (BA degree) in a related field is required (business administration, human resource management).
- Certified HR specialist qualification is preferred.
