Overview

Leads microfinance operations in an assigned area/region, providing guidance and technical support while overseeing the implementation of departmental strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participates in the development of operational plans and new products/branches.
  • Leads microfinance operations, setting targets, formulating action plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Contributes to the development of field operational procedures and prepares reports.
  • Works with branch managers to identify business opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  • Analyses performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Develops productivity ratios and performance targets for credit products.
  • Develops staff capacity building plans and mentors staff.
  • Ensures effective customer service and resolves escalated customer issues.
  • Monitors the collection of bad debts and analyses trends.
Required Experience
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in management, administration and/or development of credit operations or financial administration of loan programmes.
  • Experience in staff development and training.
Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in economics, business, finance, development studies or other related discipline.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary JD 1,170.300 fils. Special Occupational Allowance (47%) of basic salary. Monthly Provident Fund contribution (15.4% of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable). 2 days of sick leave for each completed month of service. 14 weeks of maternity leave. 2 weeks of paternity leave.
