Overview
The internship aims to attract talented students and graduates interested in areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities, providing support on partnerships coordination, communication, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in partnerships coordination, including translation, partnership building, project support, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and communication materials.
- Assist with collecting and organizing project data and information.
- Assist with the development of new projects and implementation of existing projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of IOM China's social media platforms and website.
- Support online and offline events.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief of Mission.
- Perform other tasks required by the Chief of Mission.
Required Experience
Interns should have less than two years of relevant working experience.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent) or have graduated in the last 12 months.
- Between 20 and 36 years of age.
