Overview
This opportunity is for a roster of qualified applicants to provide expertise and services for UNITAR's programmes and projects in educational technology, information technology, and artificial intelligence for learning.
Key Responsibilities
- - Provide expertise and qualified services for a variety of UNITAR’s programmes and projects.
- - Aid in the implementation of deliverables included in project documents.
- - Offer services in the capacities of Education Technology Specialist, Artificial Intelligence for Learning Specialist, SharePoint Specialist, Data Analysis and Data Visualisation Specialist, Learning Analytics Specialist, or Digital Transformation Specialist.

Qualifications
- EdTech Specialist: Advanced degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying EdTech solutions. Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational software.
- Artificial Intelligence for Learning Specialist: Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. Proven experience in AI development and deployment, with a focus on applying AI to optimise educational processes and results. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- SharePoint Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Extensive experience with SharePoint development and administration. Strong understanding of SharePoint workflows, web parts, and customisations. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Digital Transformation Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms. Experience with change management and process improvement techniques.
- Data Analyst and Data Visualisation Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Extensive experience in data analysis and visualisation. Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong skills in statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
- Learning Analytics Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Educational Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience in data analysis and learning analytics. Experience with educational data systems and LMS analytics. Knowledge of educational theories and instructional design principles.
