Overview
The consultant will serve as the primary in-country representative and coordination point for the GEOP programme, with a mandate to drive stakeholder engagement and ensure progress on agreed priority workstreams.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including in the education sector, with public policy, in program design and implementation.
- Experience working in the education sector in Ghana.
- Experience working with the government in Ghana.
- Experience with program design and implementation.
- Experience with, or knowledge of, innovative finance is highly desirable.
Qualifications
• A Master's degree in a relevant subject such as International Development, Education, Public Policy, Social Science is required.
