Overview
The facilitator will be responsible for conducting field activities inside and outside Makani centers, supporting the protection team in delivering protection activities. The role involves engaging adolescent girls for enrollment in the Girl Shine program and collecting data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach activities to identify and engage adolescent girls for enrollment in the Girl Shine program.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent data collection.
- Submit completed tasks on time and provide daily highlights, notes, and case updates to the supervisor.
- Produce daily activity reports reflecting outreach, sessions, and awareness activities conducted.
- Identify and share protection risks and trends within the area/site with IRC staff.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and partners.
- Attend capacity-building activities, including trainings organized by IRC.
Required Experience
- Experience facilitating psychosocial support activities, community engagement, or awareness sessions.
- Experience working with children and caregivers is an asset.
