Overview
This role supports ICT management and provides technical implementation for ICT projects, focusing on effective contract management and stakeholder liaison to enhance healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder analysis and landscape assessment.
- Prepare specifications and documentation for service providers.
- Undertake technical testing of business applications.
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications for IT products and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of service providers.
- Assist with the contractual process for ICT vendor contracts.
- Liaise between UNOPS, Ministry of Health, and other stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, events, and capacity building workshops.
- Maintain records of meetings and follow up on approvals.
- Act as a focal point for project liaison needs.
- Consolidate and report on key performance indicators.
- Organize, facilitate, and deliver training on ICT systems.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT project implementation, technical support, and vendor management.
- Experience in preparing technical specifications and documentation.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and liaison.
- Desired: Experience working in the healthcare sector.
- Desired: Experience with international organizations or the UN system.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
