Overview

The Communication Officer (Digital Content) will lead the development of creative digital content packages, including audio, video, and graphic elements, and engage with influencers and youth advocates for UNICEF Supply Division's communication strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative content packages with audio, video, and graphic elements.
  • Research, develop, script, and shoot creative content and material.
  • Create a database of UNICEF Youth Advocates and vetted influencers.
  • Conduct and cover warehouse tours and support on communication tasks for events.
  • Monitor content performance and research emerging trends.
  • Provide additional content production and post-production services.
Required Experience
  • Two years of work experience related to multimedia, digital communication or related field.
  • Experience of producing digital communication material.
  • Experience of working in team settings.
  • Experience of working with online communication.
  • Experience of working in international development/cooperation is an asset.
  • Experience of working in English-language settings is an asset.
  • Experience of producing and delivering presentations or pitches is an asset.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media, Communication for Development or similar with knowledge of web-communication/design and Information Communication Technologies or similar.

Monthly Living Allowance (Per month-approximately): USD 3476.28 Entry lump sum (one-time payment): USD 3500 Exit allowance (for each month served, paid on completion of contract): USD 225
