Key Responsibilities

Required Experience
- Proven experience in proofreading and editing translated documents, preferably in the field of international protection, refugee law, or humanitarian affairs
- Strong command of English and Russian, with the ability to compare source and target texts for accuracy, consistency, and meaning
- Experience working with machine-translated texts and improving linguistic quality, fluency, and terminology alignment
- Familiarity with UN terminology and protection-related language (an asset)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across long documents (e.g., 90+ pages)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output
