Overview
To conduct an independent Final evaluation of the implementation of the National Child Protection Programme for 2022–2026. The International Consultant – Evaluation Team Leader will oversee the entire evaluation process, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines, and maintaining quality and compliance with evaluation standards.
Required Experience
- At least ten years’ experience in conducting rigorous independent evaluations that meet professional evaluation standards, including experience of evaluating child-related programmes
- Previous relevant experience working with UNICEF and strong familiarity with child rights programming, institutional development, policy dialogue, organizational development, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to produce content for high standard of evaluation outcomes and deliverables
Qualifications
• Master's degree in social sciences, statistics, international development, international relations, public policy, or another relevant field is required.
