Overview
The Cleaner/Logistician will ensure the accuracy and cleanness of the Office building, its property, and other auxiliary premises. This role supports the cleanliness and tidiness of office premises.
Key Responsibilities
- On a daily basis wipe tables, window sills, shelves, bookcases, dustbins; clean the carpet; look after and water flowers; periodically air the premise;
- Clean the toilet, duly change toilet accessories;
- Keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes and towels;
- As necessary remove dust, spider web and dirt from walls both inside and outside of the office;
- Sort paper for re-use;
- Small procurement related to cleaning purposes;
- Maintain records on use of detergents, tissues, towels etc and prepares request for the above stuff;
- If necessary, assist during big programme/project meetings, preparing tea/coffee for guests;
- Other duties required by supervisor.
Required Experience
Up to 1 year of relevant experience as a cleaner in national and/or international organizations is desirable.
Qualifications
High School certificate
