Overview
International Consultant to support the "Energy Transition for Green Growth and Prosperity" (ETGGP) programme implementation and an Energy Foundation project communication and knowledge dissemination. The role involves cross-divisional coordination, steering group support, donor engagement, meeting organization, and developing communication products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a report summarizing discussion points and outcomes from the inception phase, including Advisory Group meeting, inception workshop, roundtable, and launch.
- Compile knowledge products to support ETGGP, including brochures, posters, infographics, and digital content.
- Develop knowledge and communication outputs for the Energy Foundation project, including infographics, event and exhibition materials, web and digital content, and social media outputs.
- Provide substantive input to the ETGGP in its inception phase, including liaising with internal stakeholders, facilitating governance processes, preparing memos and agendas, and engaging with donors.
- Facilitate meetings in the inception phase of ETGGP, including revising concept notes and agendas, liaising with participants, preparing presentation materials, facilitating meetings, and recording key discussion points.
- Develop communications products to support ETGGP, including written content, infographics, blogs, and digital materials.
- Develop and disseminate knowledge and communication products for the Energy Foundation project, including policy briefs, case studies, infographics, and technical reports.
- Prepare exhibition and presentation materials for the Energy Foundation project.
- Enhance project visibility and outreach through social media for the Energy Foundation project.
- Coordinate with ESCAP Energy Division and communication team.
Required Experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in communications, strategic planning, partnership development or related field.
Qualifications
Master Degree in journalism, arts, communications, language or related field.
